All stock items will be shipped in 2-5 business days.

Special orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.

International Shipping from $35 up

OGI-Ltd is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. 

International Orders 

Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duty.  Valued added taxes (VAT), tariffs and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser

Sales Tax 

Orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges 

All sales are final

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your orders

Items may be returned for full credit within 14 days of receiving your item

To be eligible for a return, the item must not be used and returned in the original packaging 

Repairs

We guarantee our items for 60 days from date of purchase. 

After 60 days, we will repair your piece for minimal additional charge plus shipping
